just watched finished "Marry Me" taiwanese drama acted by Mike Ho and many others talented new stars...
the whole story is actualy about a star, Liu Yu Min aka Bian Dang fell in love with a dresser, He Yi Qing aka Xiao Qing... Bian Dang's bride, Yuki is a runaway bride... as being a hot idol, Xiao Qing helped Bian Dang from hiding from those reporters... they came to a place call "escape house"... it is a place where they are people who do not have their courage to face their problems... then all the deny, accident, coincidence, courage let them work up and start afresh... eventually, Bian Dang and Xiao Qing become together... all the others of all the 22 discs, about 45 mins each... i only found the drama interesting from disc 17 onwards... because Bian Dang was diagnosed with numerous 'veins virus', a rare symptoms... only miracle can help... than he was so sunk down about his life... break up with Xiao Qing... deny that they will have any future... when the day Bian Dang decided to start refresh, Xiao Qing's banged into a lamp post in order to avoid a car to collide into Bian Dang who just ran away from the reporters... Xiao Qing was alright after the impact... they decided to get married... after hours of new married life, Xiao Qing finally has show "replusion"... in the end, Xiao Qing silently passed away in her 'white dress', leaving all her friends and her husband, Bian Dang... haiz...
i will only score 2.5 apoint 5 stars... firstly, the drama was dragged too long... very slow, like those pathetic korean drama... next, the concept was too bland... next, all the yelling and screaming scene was tearing me apart... last but not least, the extra 0.5 points reward Mike Ho for attempting many emotional roles... from happiness to depression to crazy and than enthu about life filled with hope to become a star again than to mature and lovely in relationship than to very desolated again like a drowned mouse about his illness (with his moustach and beard greying his face) last but not least, life become to start afresh and suddenly depressed again... that a strong frequency in roller coaster... up and down, down and up... applause!
2 days, 22 discs, countless hours... haiz... meaningless... totally have no interest about something call 'love'... haiz... charlie may find it into his heart because of his broken relationship... but too me, all were so stupid... all the terms that the story is expressing out, not related closely about marriage but instead teaching how to maintain a fairytale relationship... the ending of the show commented that marriage is not necessary but the feeling between 2 person is important... spending time together and sharing happy moments together are everything...
well, i have some thoughts for that drama... Star are like puppet... Being as assistant of a star is quite interesting... that's not important... what i feel: Even there's no future, we have tomorrow... Even we have no tomorrow, we have today, this hour, this minute and this second... Live to the fullest... Besides, no one say loving you is gonna be easy...
well, my saturday just passed like this... haiz... so wasted... my next drama is princess hours... all because of the wenesday bbq, i'm gonna missed the most important scene... oh... crown prince and crown princess going outing... although princess hours is a love drama, but it involved fighting with love and political and culture...
alright... tune in next time...
